If you're able to tolerate dairy, this is a great snack for both adults and kids. It gives you the taste and crunch of a chip, without the excess seed oils, carbohydrates and additives. This recipe is actually 0 carbs.
All you need is Organic Cheddar Cheese (or any cheese of your liking) and sea salt. I would recommend thinly slicing a form of raw cheese of your liking.
Directions:
Cut Organic Cheddar Cheese slices into squares and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Baked at 350 F for 25 minutes.
Salt immediately after with Sea Salt.
